Postal Employees Human chain against revised pension bill….

Mumbai : A Human Chain protest programme was arranged by All India Postal And RMS Pensioners Association Mumbai Maharashtra to condem the Revised pension bill passed in parliament by BJP govt on 25th March 2025. It devides the Pensioners in two groups .It suggests that the ensuing 8th pay commission will not be applicable to the old Pensioners ,but only to the 2026 retirees. Already there are parts in pension ..The retired Pensioners prior to 1.4.2004 have old pension scheme and after that NPS is introduced .The same was revised with some more benefits and named as Unified pension scheme. In order to demand the justice for the livelihood of all Pensioners ,a
huge programme is arranged by NCCPA ,a greater Pensioners organisation of all Central Government Pensioners. Today all other central government Pensioners Associations of BSNL ,Railway , Automatic Energy under the leadership of NCCPA were joined in hundreds.This was in spite of heavy rain prediction and also actual pouring, ladies and gentlemen gathered at Dadar East Head Post office,as the pension has become a burning issue in their day today life.For many lakhs of Pensioners ,it is Hamlet’s question , Without Pension ,To be or not to be in coming days.It seems that the central government Pensioners will have to face more fights to achieve the goal of future living. Many steps of agitation are ahead in their days of last spell of life journey.
